The corporation was looking for a new way to connect with their top suppliers by sharing information and best practices and imparting Walmart’s strategic initiatives.

 

New event launched for a key large-scale audience

RIVE launched the Supplier Growth Forum (SGF) in its first year as a standalone event. The audience included more than 5,000 suppliers who represented the bulk of items sold in stores. We led executive content development, presentation design, scenic design and created original motion graphics and video for the multiday event.

Launching a new program comes with many challenges. From the theme development through pre-production presentation, presentation support and two weeks onsite, RIVE deployed an agile and holistic approach. Working closely with the office of the Chief Merchandising Officer, RIVE’s team was able to bring to fruition a visionary approach to a new meeting.
