Job Overview
You support the production team and company leadership. Specifically you will provide project support as directed and are a key contributor to the project’s successful on-time and on-budget delivery. The Coordinator is responsible for a multitude of tasks. Here’s a non-comprehensive list of potential responsibilities:
- coordinate communications
- book meetings, resources, travel
- assist in client communications
- research and maintain databases
- update documents and timelines
- create and distribute meeting notes
- collect invoices and support project reconciliation
- order materials and setup production offices onsite
Examples of our team’s projects:
- SKO for a Saas company | Presentation design and client testimonial videos
- Video production for recognition event | Remote work with Video Editor
- Association trade show | Event theme graphics and interstitials
- Corporate strategic initiative | Communications campaign design and execution
- Monthly Town Hall for a hospitality company | Presentation design
- Corporate Leadership Meeting | Narrative development and C-suite speaker support
About You
This is a go-getter, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of position best suited for someone who likes to get things done. You are resourceful and solutions oriented; are comfortable communicating and collaborating with teammates; and are proficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing. You are responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills / Requirements
- Two or more years of professional experience (may include applicable internships); preferably in a communications/PR/event/marketing/advertising agency
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deliverables against deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Keynote/Google Slides.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to perform job duties that may include lifting up to +35 lbs
Nice to Haves
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – either basic graphic design or editing capabilities.
